I have O2 Switch up. I have used it a few times now and my phone was in mint condition but this time I have managed to get a fairly deep scratch on the screen.

Its about 5mm long and deeper than a surfce scratch. I have tried to take a picture of it but its damn near impossible to get the scratch to show good. I ll keep trying tho so you can see it.

My question is, how fussy are O2 about things like that? They do say general wear and tear is fine and this is kinda like that. Its the only mark on my device 😞

That will need repairing in my view if it is that long and is a deep scratch..

Best thing to do is pop into an o2 store and ask them for their view, as some may accept it, some are more strict and will not accept it.
