Hi,
I tried to do the O2 Switch Up in store yesterday morning to pre-order the new iPhone, all was going well until the final screen when it failed, this had happened to several other people - I tried another store and same issue, apparently an IT issue but ultimately meant I couldn't pre-order - does anyone know if this is resolved now? I think it was just affecting legacy accounts.

No one on this community will know, but IT issues do occur, all you can do is try again or give the store a call first to ask them
