O2 Refresh Deposit. Paid up before 3 months.

Basically I took out a contract for o2 refresh on an iPhone 6s. They asked for a 175 deposit which we paid. The device plan was then paid up before the second bill. O2 customer service now seem unsure as to whether we should get our deposit back as we havent had 3 bills yet (when we would usually get the deposit back).

My question is surely we are due the deposit back as we stuck to all terms of the agreement of the contract, device plan was 600 and the first two months bill were 70 which are fully paid?

Are you still paying your airtime bill or have you completely cancelled the contract in its entirety?

There's a twist in the tale. O2 have just sent us a bit for 470-something pounds?? I thought the airtime plan ended when the device was paid off??

It's a common glitch when the device is paid off.
You need to speak to cs to get your bill adjusted and the deposit returned.
