O2 Open

I received my new phone today from O2. I am a teacher and qualify for 25% discount off my airtime plan via O2 Open. In order to access this, you need a 5-digit company code. My school does not have a 5-digit company code and, regardless, my school is closed due to the pandemic.

Is there anyone at O2 I can contact in order to e-mail through my details (payslip, NI number?) in order to avail of this discount. 

I only have 28 days to do so and my school will not be re-opening until late August.

Can anyone advise me?
