O2 Open delay?

Hello,

I’ve applied for o2 open using the NHS01 code and sending a copy of my payslip. It says this takes 3 days to process but it’s been 2 weeks now and is still processing. Is this normal? I don’t want to end up missing out on the discount as it says it needs to be applied within 28 days?

You need to call them as it has to be applied in th first month as you know. Tomorrow morning around 8.30am is the best time.

Did you get your code from your HR dept as NHS01 may not be your correct code?

I called up and it was escalated to the higher ups, they pushed the claim through the same day and now everything’s great, cheers for the help
