I didnt actually no that O2 provide NHS Staff discounts at the time of purchase of my Device, is it possible to get discount applied to my account being the second month of my bill?

New phones are always excluded at launch so if you purchased within around 3 months of launch day you can't get the discount anyway.

I checked the excluded list before posting and the iPhone 13 isn't on it. (OP mention iPhone 13 in another post)
