On losing the will to live

Trying to get any sort of response out of Credit Referrals as to why a refusal for a Pay Monthly account is the ultimate exercise in futility. Even though my credit record on all the various referral agencies is the highest rating, I get turned down....

Resolved! porting my phone over from vodafone

I am porting my phone over to 02 today from Vodafone. Consequently I cannot make calls. However when I upgraded my phone to the 02 platform I did not receive a new sim card. I have my original Vodafone sim with my numbers on.
