O2 (Business) reception noticeably worse than O2 (Consumer) - any solution?

Hi  - I'm a sole trader and have had a 02 business account for over 10 years. 

My wife and children have O2 consumer accounts.

We all have new (or new-ish) iPhones.


Over the past couple of years I've noticed that if I'm in city area on a busy day (we live in Bath), I can't get a reception / make or receive calls / texts - while they can. 

Why is this  - and is there a solution?

Have you tried a new sim?

Pop into any O2 store with photo ID and they will swap it for free.
