Direct debit

Hi last month for some reason that I didn’t do my direct debit got cancelled, I set a new direct debit up and got a text message to say it was done but nothing has come out my account yet?

Hi I’m looking to change the direct debit out of my mums name (Kate Reilly) into my name as it’s my phone

I have O2 rewards but even though I put the reward onto my O2 account it’s not showing so rewards said I must have a credit block on my account - any help?
