I've been having a problem with my signal now for years with O2 and I just found out about their O2 BoostBox OR Femtocell, I called O2 and ask about and told it’s not available because of their TUGO app which I have been using but its crashes all the time. Does anyone know if their still do the BoostBox or not? As most O2 customers know what they are like for getting out of give us anything back like of this that could fix things.

I had the Vodafone Sure Signal and, to be honest, it's pretty good. It needed resetting a couple of times but generally we've had full signal. If O2 did something similar I would be interested.

HI Have just been talking to 'customer service' and no one had even heard of the boostbox. What options do O2 customers have to boost their signal? can you use the voda or orange boosters?

The O2 Boostbox is for business users only, anyone else can use TuGo if your phone is compatible:

A signal booster from another company will not work.

My friend is a business customer he has 2 of them cost him £50 each. They work really well and you can register 20 numbers with them.

Does Tugo work with phones on networks that piggyback on O2 such as Tesco?

No, it's for O2 Pay Monthly customers only.
