@Kestrel7

Simple answer is that you can't.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I trade in mobiles and tech and have just been offered 80 new units of o2 branded femtocells (boostbox) however I am unsure if they can be used if not purchased directly from o2. Does anyone know?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202rimarily

Primarily for business customers

Persuading customer service to connect for consumer customers has been very problematic in the past

Good luck if you decide to buy them
