Return of Pay as you go Refurbished phone

I ordered 2 refurbished phones from O2 last week and received delivery. I am not happy with the condition of phones and want to return them back. I tried reaching out to customer service team. I some how manage to reachout to someone who took the return request and told I will receive email with further instructions. Its been a day and I haven't received email yet. I made multiple phone calls today to check why I haven't received the email yet and my call kept getting transferred to multiple team and finally disconnecting itself. Every call I made went thru same cycle with no resolution. I really dont know how to now return the phones as no one is able to answer my query. Can someone please help me ?
