O2 £10 bundle query

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello, I bought a new phone from my local O2 shop recently. First class service by the way. It is pay as you go and I opted for the £10 bundle

500MB data

  • 250 minutes
  • 1000 texts
  • 4G ready

there was also some credit transferred from the old 02 phone.About 1.92 from memory. I am still very much within the above minutes, text and internet usage, however my balance is now on 19p.

I would like to work out why it has reduced when I have the above package. I would be grateful for any help with this, just so that I can understand it really. Thank you

AHHH, that could be it. I sent a text to a friend in Australia. The cost for that would not come out of the bundle but from the small balance transferred from the old phone.

I bet that is the answer. Learning all time with these phones.

Thank you very much.

@Anonymous the £10 is taken out when you top up to pay for your allowances then you top up again on your next anniversary date to get the allowances again

Only possible reasons would be sending a text which went as mms (40p each) or calling numbers not covered by your allowances.

Have a read through these...

Thank you for the reply. The top up system - understood now - thank you. However, how did the balance that was transferred - £1.92 - become only 19p now. What has the difference been used on when I have the £10 bundle? New to all this, can you tell?

thank you for your reply. I did not text multiple people, but a friend in Australia. Did not think about it not being in the £10 package. All new to me. But all ok now. I think that is the answer.

All the best.
