Number to Name on Bill

Hello
I am trying to find out if I can change the numbers shown on my bill to a name like you can on a BT bill. So when looking at my bill, it would show the name of the person I've contacted rather than a number. If this is not available, does anyone know if this is something 02 may be looking at in the future.

Not currently available with O2 sorry. I have no idea if they would ever think of changing it either.

When I check my bill via the app (which is rarely) it never shows the names of people I have called or text. Just the number dialled.

There again, I have unlimited minutes and calls, so it wouldn't anyway (unless I call somewhere abroad then it simply shows the number dialled).

Strange one I'd have a mess with the myo2 app see of you can figure it out as I remember giving it permission and in Bill's it showed for me unless o2 changed it now and cant be done

Yes mine does in the app but not online. 

As said, you need to give the app permission to read contacts on phone so if the number on your bill corresponds to a contact it will show the name.

That's what happens when you rarely use the app to check bills and calls.
