Hi I’ve bunts switched to you and I’m carrying my old number over from my previous network . It’s been 3-4 days and my number hasn’t changed yet ?

Hi @Simonbol - if you have followed the steps in the final section of the community's Guide: Migration & porting into O2 then the most likely thing that has got in your way is the long holiday weekend (ports run on normal working weekdays only).
To check, reach out to O2 via social media, they can check on the status of your port, links just below this post. Nobody here can access your account.

Numbers are not transferred on Weekends and Bank Holidays. So that's Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today out
