DPD Lost phone now Nightmare dealing with o2.

Can i get some help please because i am at my wits end now dealing with o2 about a phone that was lost by DPD and i feel i am not getting any where and to be honest i feel i am being lied to by o2.

 

it all started last Tuesday 22nd Nov when i did a upgrade.

 

it was sent out by o2 the same day as i did the upgrade for me to get it next day the Wednesday so got a text at lunch time from DPD saying there was a delay and that they phone will get to be next day Thursday then Thursday came and again the same text sent from DPD.

 

so i called o2 to ask them to look into it with DPD and was told DPD was going to look into where the parcel was as it was saying it was at Stoke depot.

 

so this went on over the weekend till i had enough and called o2 yet again to be told by o2 its still coming on the day i called which it didnt.

 

so DPD told o2 that they have lost the phone and o2 said they would send out a new phone but a manger had to do it and this was Tuesday and would be done within 24 hours.

 

so yesterday Wednesday came and i called again to be told it had not been done and they would send it again.

 

so called again today Thursday to be told the same thing again so this evening i had enough and asked them if they could cancel the upgrade order could i then upgrade right away so i would get the phone tomorrow and they said yes and they would pass me onto the upgrade dept which they did.

 

but when i told the upgrade team he said it had not been cancelled and that a new phone has been sent out to me by DPD again and he gave me a tracking number which is 8 numbers long and when i put it into the DPD tracking it does not take it as not enough numbers but the upgrade guy said they use a diff tracking number to normal DPD tracking numbers when they said a 2nd phone.

 

Also the fact i have not had any emails or texts from DPD tonight about this i feel i am being lied to by o2.

 

there customers service is the worse i have ever come across and now i feel drained by it all and all i want is the phone i ordered almost 2 weeks ago.

 

the issue as well is the guy i spoke to before i spoke with upgrade team said he was going to cancel the new phone that is coming out to me so god knows if i will get it tomorrow or not and the fact its not showing on my account.

Sounds a bit of a logistical nightmare 😱

Many thanks to @O2Sarah who took charge of the issues and has order a new phone to me for tomorrow.

 

its a pity i had to come on here to get it all sorted but am happy bunny now.
