Hi All,

I have been trying to get my number ported across from plusnet for days now. I have called O2 loads of times and they can't tell me anything, they just say they don't know when it will be done.

So now I have a new phone with a phone number that is useless to me. First world problems and all that.

Is anyone else having problems?

Cheers

Mike

@Mike84n

System is down currently.

Everyone trying this is having problems.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Loads of people having the same issue. You need to contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2 but there again they are running a reduced service due to the current situation

So this is a known issue at the moment?

I have called customer services 5 times over the last 2 days and they have not been able to tell me anything of use. So frustrating.

Also, why is there nothing on the O2 website or their facebook page about this?

They rely on the cheap labour here to inform customers.

That is a good question. But we don't have an answer I'm afraid.
