Number not working after swap

Hi I swapped my old number over to my new contract not worked at first now I can't use for voice calls or texts and my number not changed over

If you got a replacement SIM, nano from micro, for example, make sure the old phone is switched off (or in aeroplane mode).

 

The service will then come up on the new phone after a reboot or two.
