Number Transfer from O2 PAYG to a new O2 Pay Monthly sim NOT Worked

I requested a transfer for my number to go from O2 PAYG to a new O2 Pay Monthly sim. The PAYG sim has lost service but the temporary sim still doesn't have my original number on it (it's still the temporary number). It's been more than 24 hours since I submitted the request.

I've restarted my device several times and even put the SIM in a different phone, but the old number I want to save is still not on the new SIM.

I also get an error when I log into my02 and nothing shows up for my account.

@Pranav14

You'll need to check with O2 Guide: Migration & porting into O2

They should give you a date which is usually 48 hours after request.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

O2Sarah- was an Advisor, until O2 divested themselves of the Advisor team in July last year, @Pranav14 - the answer given by @MI5 gives you the guides you need to understand number migration from O2 PAYG to Pay Monthly, and all the ways to contact O2. The Social Media Team can help, they may need a few nudges in X or Facebook or Instagram, the links to contact them are also in the link just below. Be courteous but persistent, @Pranav14 - and good luck!
