Hi, my eSIM phone transfer has not worked

i have a new phone but it will not connect to service provider and the phone number is not active

E-sims cause more trouble than anything else with O2.

Advice always is to revert back to plastic sims.

Pop instore with photo ID and let them sort it out for you.

I was having no problems with my monthly O2 eSIM until I changed my phone, now I've had to switch to a physical SIM and can't put my other PAYG SIM in my phone. Is there any information on when eSIMs will be working again?

@Jimb09 Go into an O2 Store with Photo ID and get the swap.

Main problem with eSIMs on O2 is getting them activated

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
