Hi, my eSIM phone transfer has not worked
i have a new phone but it will not connect to service provider and the phone number is not active

I was having no problems with my monthly O2 eSIM until I changed my phone, now I've had to switch to a physical SIM and can't put my other PAYG SIM in my phone. Is there any information on when eSIMs will be working again?
