My number was due to have been ported over by 6pm on Wednesday. Spoke to an advisor this afternoon, been told could be 4-5 days Reason given its stuck somewhere on the system. Very disappointed, I work with supporting vulnerable adults, who sadly are unable to contact me.
I am at a loss.

Not much we can do here as customers like yourself I'm afraid.
Just keep bugging customer services to do something quicker for you.

Thanks, just been on the phone, spoke to an advisor, who has completed yet another incident form, how many do they need to fill in before its resolved?
Very frustrating.
