Placed an order on Sunday the 19th, I was told it would arrive yesterday between 8am and 10pm which it never. The order number won't work on UK mails website to try and track parcel. I'm really disappointed with the delivery service I've received this time round, I've never had an issue before but just would like to know where my order is please.

Firstly, this is not O2 you are speaking to. This is a customer forum and we are all customers like yourself.

 

You need to speak to Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus between 8-8:30am is the best time to call to avoid a long wait.

 

Did you receive a despatch email from O2 with a tracking number? If not it's quite possible your order is out of stock as O2 don't have a live stock system. Until you receive a despatch confirmation email from O2, your order has not yet been sent to you.

I think that's a safe bet @Anonymous. It's usually the case when orders don't arrive and the OP doesn't have a tracking number from O2 as they were inputting the order number on the UKMail website.
