Got a new pay monthly contract but have been un able to use data or make calls. My old contract which I was using and is still active works fine. Try sim in my old phone and I am still un abel to make calls or use data. Is there a way I can 'Activate' my new sim.

@Philster

If this was an upgrade you just need to continue using your old SIM. The new contract will have been transferred to it already.

If you need to activate the new SIM because of a size difference, you need to call customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hey @Philster , just wanted to check how you're getting on with this and if you managed to get everything sorted in the end with your new contract? slight_smile

Cheers @MI5 for your advice above!
