No voice calls since Porting Number - Told it's "Affecting many customers"

Ported my number over from EE yesterday.

EE sim lost signal around 4pm and put o2 sim into iPhone 12 pro.

Since then, I've never been able to make/receive any voice calls. (But texts and data work fine)

Spoken to o2 this morning after 30 minutes on hold.

Told that "It's nothing to do with Porting and it's affecting multiple existing o2 customers and engineers are looking"

But seems a bit of a coincidence that I've never been able to make a call since porting?

Now have had no ability to make/receive calls for 20 hours.

(Also calling o2 was made from my wife's o2 mobile which works fine in the same house!)

There were major problems yesterday with people porting from EE. O2 had a network outage.

Keep rebooting your phone and if no joy you just have to keep on calling O2 until  you get an answer

All numbers in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Down detector shows all yesterdays issues are resolved. I expect they have a backlog of problems to sort

Spoke to them at lunch, they said they were having to complete every port manually.

Finally sorted itself out at 4pm. Signal went off. Rebooted phone and now calls work.
