My sons iPhone has just shown “ No Sim”? He’s under our home wifi but I don’t understand why it’s saying no sim? We have took the sim out and put back in again, turned the phone on & off and nothing. We are all on O2 and our signal is ok but I don’t know why his phone has done this just now. Any help would be appreciated

@Shez26

Sounds like the sim has failed.

Can you try his sim in one of your other phones?

If it still shows no signal you'll need a new sim from any O2 store or by calling customer service.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
