Call go straight to Voice Mail

I cannot receive calls, as they go straight to voice mail.

Tried the suggested options, but to no avail.

1. Checked signal strength – OK
2. DO not disturb – NOT SET.
3. No call forwarding set.

• First off dial ##002# to cancel all diverts
• Remove and clean sim card
• Try sim in another phone
• Replace sim at nearest O2 store (Photo ID required)
