I’ve had no signal on my iPhone 11 for 24 hours now. O2 service status says no issues in my area. My son has no issues in the same house.

My phone is fine, I’ve turned phone off and on a lot and removed sim a few times. No change.

Anyone else? I’m in the CH7 area.

@Libs

If you are sure your phone is OK (checked with another known working sim?) then the most likely is that your sim has failed.

Any O2 store will replace it for you free or you need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Libs , hope you're well.

Did you make any progress with the signal issue since you last posted? It would be great to hear back from you. slight_smile
