I'm on O2 Refresh and accidentally had my full bill amount paid to my Airtime Plan instead of part to my Phone Plan. I have called O2 numerous times after my phone was cut off and after the last time, I was assured it had been fixed (the previous advisors had done something wrong) and my phone would not be cut off again.
Fast forward to today, at around 11am, my phone has lost all services but this time I cannot receive texts or calls as well as not being able to make them. There are no service issues in my area and none of my colleagues in work have the same problem. This is what makes me think it's something to do with the billing issue. The browsers in work do not support O2 chat and I cannot make calls from my phone so I don't know how to sort this out. Any ideas?

I would if there was one for me to use, that's my problem. Only have my mobile and work computer but the browsers aren't up to date enough for me to use O2 Chat.
