I have the same issue with the same phone, I have recieved no order confirmation and can not see it on my orders online at all. Yet my account has been debited and i have recieved all the contracts by email.

Yes I have yet nothing so far, might be becuase of the bank holiday weekend. Customer services cant do anything either
