No order confirmation email

I ordered iPhone 11 pro max on 10th April but still not received my order confirmation email. Usually email arrive within few minutes.

It's scheduled to deliver tomorrow but my PayPal transaction (early upgrade fee) is still pending and it seems O2 not process the order.
On my O2 I can see the order and its saying in progress.

I also ordered Samsung A50 on 9th and yesterday I got dispatch email. So that mean order processing works.

I really need the phone tomorrow as my current phone is not working. Is there any way I can contact O2 CS?

It's a waiting game at the moment. Everything is running slow due to the pandemic

You will get an email when the item is dispatched and you will be able to track it then

I have the same issue with the same phone, I have recieved no order confirmation and can not see it on my orders online at all. Yet my account has been debited and i have recieved all the contracts by email.

Yes I have yet nothing so far, might be becuase of the bank holiday weekend. Customer services cant do anything either

You can check your order if you login to MyO2 and select recent orders.

My PayPal account also holding my money I paid to settle the previous phone plan and list it as a pending transaction.

I think due to bank holiday weekend order processing is not working.

However I got dispatch email for the Samsung A50 I ordered 9th.
