Phone being cut off

hi all
I've unfortunately gotten myself in a bit of a mess financially due to losing work because the lock down and missed my last 2 payments, I'm trying to contact someone at o2 to try and get this this sorted but as my phone has now been cut off and the 02guru not running who can I physically talk to or arrange a call back to get both my own and my daughters phones sorted as I need mine to try and find alternative work and its the only contact I have with my daughter at the moment. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm getting myself in a bit of a mess now.
