I have just got a new phone and put my sim inside, it isn’t registering it and not giving me any service. The phone is unlocked to all networks and the SIM card fits in the slot of the tray

If this was an upgrade then use your old sim or do a sim swap

It was just a swap from one phone to another, I only have the one SIM card

Yeah I’ve double checked it’s just in the tray
