No Signal

I have had a signal on my phone all day until i got home just after 5pm then ive had nothing. ive checked network coverage online and thats all fine, tried turning phone off then on and still got nothing.

Can anyone help?

Why is O2 saying no network issues when I clearly have no service inside / outside/  anywhere in HG3

You really cannot trust the o2  website  that says otherwise.

Same here, strange thing is partners on o2 also, my phone is still working, tried switching on and off, took battery and sim out and even tried sim in partners phone but nothing, would appear to be a sim related problem,

I had full signal for a minute there now it's back to no signal 😩
