Hello, i`m Jeff.
I would like to complain about having no signal at home and surrounding area from at least the 13th November. There are three 02 users within the household and non of us have had signal at home or surrounding area from as i say at least the 13th November. I have an 02 ref number of 20254127 from the 13/11/15 and another 20270301 on the 29/11/15 we also can not get mobile data even when we did have a phone signal. I also can not be near a wi-fi signal for the majority of the day so basically have been without an acceptable service, in fact no service. I have received conflicting replies to my no service updates and as we stand "working on fixing it". At least a months refund and an update on whats the situation is would be nice for starters!

Oh that doesn't sound good Jeff
Unfortunately this is a customer to customer forum so O2 themselves wouldn't look into this from here.
I would try customer service again in the morning.. Hopefully they can help you.

It's very likely you will get a goodwill gesture credited to your account but you need to wait until service is restored. Unfortunately no one here on the community can give you any idea as to when that will be. Hope its sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Email the complaints link with the reference numbers you have.
