Hello,

 

since a couple of days I have no mobile data coverage, same for my wife who is on PAYG. Any ideas?

Use the My Network App listed above to report it.

I'm afraid we don't have access to accounts here so I suggest trying out of your area and if it's still the same contacting O2

Not all issues show immediately.

Thank you and apologies. The culprit was my and my wife ‘s VPN app which was acting as if the kill switch was on all the time. 
I raised a fault with O2 - can I close the ticket it somehow?

Strange fault there for sure.

Don't worry about the ticket with O2. They will close it after they run their checks.
