Nhs discount

I work for the nhs and am looking to renew my O2 contract. I understand I need a code from work to access the nhs discount but no one in my hr team has heard of the code?! Please help, why do you need a code if I can prove I'm an nhs employee???

Sad truth is my NHS HR dept have a million more important things to do rather than chase O2, as do any understaffed and financially stretched NHS dept. why can't the O2 scheme be more like the Vodafone scheme, just prove your employment? Sadly I don't think I'll be getting NHS discount anytime soon... Thanks O2!! 😫

They do appear to have made it as difficult as possible now unfortunately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Having worked in the NHS for years @Anonymous I know what you mean. However they may have already had it and missed it. Someone mentioned yesterday their HR dept found it when they went and looked. Bottom line it is listed as an 'Employee Perk'. I don't think it will be too hard to get if one of the HR team takes ownership.

I would also 'suggest' that if a couple of HR staff were on O2 they would probably be chasing it up rather quickly. ...#justsaying wink
