My current pay monthly contract ends very shortly. I have purchased a sim only contract.

1. How do I cancel my current contact - so I don't pay another month?

2. How do I transfer my new sim only contract onto my current mobile?

3. How do I transfer my existing mobile number onto the new sim contract which has a different number?

I hope you can help me, I can only seem to find part of an answer for all three queries on the website.

1. All the details are here on how to cancel Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

2. Put the new sim in your phone
3.For migration then dont cancel your contract otherwise the migration cant be done Guide: Migration & porting into O2

You could have saved yourself a lot of hassle by just using uswitch to upgrade your current number.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You should have just upgraded to a simo through uswitch.

You wouldn't need to transfer cancel or migrate and it would have saved you money too.

There does seem to be some issues lately with number migrations, so you may wish to consider getting a PAC and moving to another network on PAYG before porting back into your new O2 sim.
