My old sim stopped working, got a new sim which won’t connect to the network. Can’t access my old phone to get the text messages they are sending. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone, just an automated machine who keeps disconnecting me. They seems to be no help or support available. I can’t enter any security answer either because the machine doesn’t actually ask you the security questions. This is very frustrating. If I can’t get it resolved I will have to leave o2 & switch to another provider. Can anybody help please?
