Hi @DENCOY

You need to go back instore or give customer services a call. It may be that your account is still barred

Keep rebooting your phone just in case...

Both your old sim and your account will be blocked when you lose a phone so you will need to contact customer services and pass the security checks to have the block lifted.
Stores cannot do this for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
