I've just got a new phone with O2 that arrived on Monday. Everything is fine except that the PAC transfer from my previous provider has not happened. I gave all the details in the order process and contacted O2 about it yesterday but have not heard anything back or indeed anything from O2 at all. I'm presuming this delay is due to the lockdown but has anyone else had this as well and how long might it take?

Is the sim from your previous provider active? If no, the process has started.

Day 4 of this new O2 phone and still no contact at all from O2 about the PAC transfer. All details provided as part of the order but silence. I'm paying for 2 contracts now as the previous one is still live. I'm fully aware that these are difficult times but at least a message saying things are in hand would be good. I've no idea if the PAC transfer request has disappeared in the ether or not. I had ordered another phone 2 weeks ago and this was all done with the transfer happening on the same day as the phone arrived. That was in the lockdown as well hence my concern that something is going amiss.

Calling is not possible in this day and age. You end up being told they only accept calls for stolen phones.
