Hi
I have tried numerous times to change my direct debit payment date, it allows me to choose a new date, however the button that says save changes doesn’t highlight so the new date isn’t saved. Any advice?

I would call o2, on 0800 902 0217 and get them to change it, but be aware this needs to be done at least a week before your billing date.
