I made an order/application last night for a new device on contract, got sent all the documents and the last email I got said it was all steam ahead on o2s end etc etc, the item is meant to be for a store collection tomorrow but I’ve not heard or had any communication since. I cannot log into my o2 because it says it can take up to 48 hours to register the account and I’ve had zero luck getting through to customer services. 
anyone had a similar experience? Will my device be ready for tomorrow or is there an issue with my order? Very disappointed in the lack of communication from o2 I must admit

Dispatch emails are usually only sent late evening on the day before delivery.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Just seems a strange way to do things, hopefully I will hear from them by this evening and be able to collect tomorrow. Thank you for your reply

I have managed to log into my o2 account and it says I have no products on my account, absolutely no clue what is going on anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️
