New nano sim no signal

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently had my phone stolen and therefore my old sim (which is fairly obvious but apparently not to chat gurus).

Now got a new phone, initially was sent a normal sim, but this one only takes nano sims.  Ordered a second new (nano) sim which came at the start of the week.  Several convos on live chat and o2 have still failed to activate my new sim.  Phone works fine, is all ready to go but I have no signal and did receive a message at one point that said mm #2.

O2 chat open 7am til 11pm, I came online at 10.35 to discuss and it was closed apparently.

Please activate my sim card it should be very simple.

Hi

When you advised O2 of the loss they will have placed a block on your o2 account ,and an imei bar on the phone.

You will need to speak to O2 Customer Services -> http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus ,To have the account bar lifted.

They will also be able to activate the sim for you as Contract Sim Cards are not sent out activated to protect them.

Also just incase your masts are at fault please check here with your full postcode ->

Call 202 and speak to someone in UK.
It will be the account that is blocked due to reporting the phone lost/stolen.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
