I bought a new iPhone 11 pro on Saturday in store. I’ve been with O2 for decades and was told I would still be able to get my O2 open discount. Now I find that it doesn’t apply to the 11 pro. Not feeling like a happy customer just now. 😳

O2 Open discount is currently not available on these devices: iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and Apple Watch Series 5.

Keep checking here to see if it becomes available within your first month https://www.o2.co.uk/open

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
