Hi,
I have just upgraded my contract and choose the eSIM option. How we I do I get my phone working? I can t sign into my account as it wants to text a security code but I’ve currently got no network (because I can’t register the eSIM ) to receive the code . So don’t know what I’m supposed to do

Looks like a trip to an O2 Store with photo ID may be in order?
If so, unless essential, switch back to plastic while there.
