Hello, I was wondering if anyone could offer some info.
I took out a new contract for the iPhone 13 pro on Saturday and I received all the legal documents and an email saying my order is confirmed, however, I didn’t receive any update so I spoke to o2 who told me, that my order has been referred to the credit team and I was like ok and I called them up and they said wait 3 days and I wasn’t convinced, so I called o2 again and they said wait, till the end of today, so I’m a bit confused.
did my order get accepted or what coz they took a deposit, and done the hard search.
Any advice would be helpful

You have not been accepted yet as it's still with the credit approvals team.
It can take a few days.

Is there reason for them refer it to the credits team coz my credit rating is stable.
