Hi I applied for a contract and was sent all the emails legals documents and the then an email saying we’ve received your order ur all set and it say I have a never email in 24hours still not got an email and it been 48 hours. Can any one please help?  have I got the contract?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
