Hi!
Hoping someone can help please. Noticed my new iPhone 12 not synching properly with my outlook. I delete on phone and it doesn’t delete on my outlook account? Then I went in to something on settings and done something and now I’m not getting emails come through on phone at all?
Any help appreciated.

Try deleting the email account completely and then set it up again using the auto setup routine.
This will refresh and set all the correct settings for you automatically.
