Hi
I received a new contract phone yesterday Samsung A50 , it will not charge , I cannot get through to 02 , have been trying all morning , None of the stores are open due to the Covid-19 lock down. According to the MY 02 I am due to make a payment by the 3rd April and I am not paying for something I am unable to use , I cannot find any answers as to why this phone will not charge up , can anyone help me with this please? Thanks

Most unusual for abrand new phone to be faulty but as it is you must keep trying to contact customer service to arrange an exchange Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Thanks for the reply @MI5 and @Cleoriff , this was a refurbished phone all that came out in the box was a charge wire and sim card . I have searched for a returns address but not finding anything , I have never posted on the 02 community before so a bit wet behind the ears when it comes to searching for stuff.
