Hi, I ordered a new phone on the 30th of April, I received the contract and other emails, paid the upfront payment which is still pending on my bank account but have received no further communication. I emailed today but got an email back saying they have now shut down email support. Is there any way of contacting them? Just want an update on what’s happening.
